6.5 Where a connection disruption occurs during a game round, pub 504's server records shall be the definitive record of the outcome of that round. Incomplete rounds will be completed based on server-side state at the time of disconnection.

9.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pub 504 platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

12.1 pub 504 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in circumstances where:
12.2 Where an Account is closed for breach of this Agreement, pub 504 reserves the right to forfeit any balance in the Account. Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach — including voluntary closure by the Player — any verified cash balance (excluding bonus balances subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via the original payment method.
12.3 Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may request closure via [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Pending transactions will be settled before final account closure.

13.3 The outcome of pub 504's game servers, as recorded in pub 504's system logs, shall be the definitive record for purposes of any dispute concerning game outcomes. In the absence of evidence of a material system error, server logs will be accepted as conclusive.
13.4 Players agree not to use public channels, social media, or third-party complaints platforms as a substitute for the formal dispute resolution process described in this Section. pub 504 will not engage with disputes raised through unofficial channels until the formal process has been followed.
14.1 This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to Republic Act No. 9487 (National Lottery Act), the PAGCOR Charter, the Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
14.2 Any legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that are not resolved through the dispute resolution process in Section 13 shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Pasay City, Metro Manila, where PAGCOR's principal office is located, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
14.3 The failure of pub 504 to enforce any provision of this Agreement at any time shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of the right to enforce such provision in the future.
15.1 pub 504 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time. The most current version of the Agreement is always accessible at pub504.club/terms-conditions.
15.2 Where material changes are made to this Agreement, pub 504 will provide notice to registered Players via the email address or mobile number associated with their Account, and/or via a prominent notice on the pub 504 platform, at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect — except where changes are required by PAGCOR or applicable law on shorter notice.
15.3 If You continue to use the pub 504 platform after the effective date of any amendment, You will be deemed to have accepted the amended Agreement. If You do not accept the amended terms, You must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.
